What is MOPS?

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. MOPS International exists to meet the needs of every mom - urban, suburban and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single and married moms - moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be! MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy through kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs.

What do we do at MOPS?

We do a variety of things at MOPS. A meeting usually consists of yummy food made by moms for moms, a fun craft, a topic discussion that encourages mothers of small children, and small group time, where we can get to know one another better. COFFEE! If you're not sure if you'd like something like MOPS, just come and try it out for one meeting. We would love to meet you.

What do our children do at MOPS?

There are several age appropriate classes for your children at MOPS. We call them Moppets. And I have to say our Moppets workers are the best. Your children are well taken care of. The older kids have song, devotion, craft and play time. You are welcome to bring your baby in with you to the MOPS meeting, if you prefer. We are also the only MOPS group in Albuquerque that has a class for Homeschool kids.

Where we are located.

Our MOPS group meets at Grace Church. Grace church is located on San Antonio just west of Louisiana at 6901 San Antonio NE, Albuquerque, NM. 505-821-8800
